Returns & Exchanges

At Haight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
